There's bound to be a YouTube tutorial if you Google it, and any guide you need to using Calibre is going to be found somewhere on the MobileRead forums (again just Google). You CAN drag and drop (if you Google it, you'll even find an official post in the Kobo help forums, but I wouldn't bother - it's literally just dragging and dropping the file to the Kobo drive) and then the file will show up on the device. I'd go so far as to say the best way to manage your library, but I've never tried not using Calibre, so that isn't a particularly well researched opinion.
